We never sell you a box
You buy compute, or you bring hardware and we turn it into managed compute — confidential or standard, depending on what the machine supports. Management is the same flat tier either way; only the source of the hardware changes.
Everything belongs to a project
Compute, network rules, firewall policy and vault entries all hang off a project. There is no default bucket, because a resource with no owner is a resource nobody reviews.
Reaching it
Bind a domain to a project, prove control with a DNS TXT record, and an ingress rule is generated for the verified hostname. Unverified bindings produce nothing — otherwise traffic could be routed for a domain nobody proved they own.
